On March 25, , the music world lost one of the biggest personalities, and talents, to ever sit behind a drum kit: Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins, who passed away unexpectedly while on tour with the band at the age of Beloved in his band and among fans and fellow musicians alike, Hawkins' passing prompted not so much an outpouring of sympathy as a tidal wave.
A pair of September tribute concerts, one in London and one in Los Angeles, brought out all of the stars, with the LA gig clocking in at over six hours — and the list of drummers who signed up to honor Hawkins was a literal who's-who of some of the greatest of all time.
