We called the activity; “Telling Stories on Paper.” When it took place, I would sit between them with a stack of paper on my lap and a pencil in my hand, rattling off tales and scribbling to the other. I enjoyed these storytelling sessions enormously…” Mr.
Kellogg was also very fond of the beautiful woodland that was close by his childhood home in Connecticut. There he spent countless hours sketching the landscape and the various animals he saw. He always valued the times when adults would read to him and also enjoyed examining all of the illustrations.
